With a construction period of only 8 months for the timber construction work, the construction of the Catrina Resort in Disentis (Graubuenden) with six multi-storey buildings constructed entirely using timber was one of the largest and fastest timber construction projects in Switzerland in 2018. The 132 apartments are located close to the lower station of the Disentis cable car.
